Angel One connection
Your own Angel One SmartAPI credentials — stored encrypted. Used for live quotes and the option chain always; used to place real orders only once you turn Live trading on below.
Get your API key from smartapi.angelbroking.com, and enable TOTP at smartapi.angelbroking.com/enable-totp to get your TOTP secret.
Delta Exchange connection
Your own Delta Exchange API key/secret — stored encrypted. Used for live BTC/ETH prices and the options chain always; used to place real orders only once you turn Live trading on below.
Get your API key and secret from the API Management section of your Delta Exchange account (india.delta.exchange).
Zerodha (Kite Connect) connection
Your own Zerodha API key/secret plus a daily OAuth login — stored encrypted. Used to place real orders once you turn Live trading on below. Live NIFTY/BANKNIFTY prices and the option chain keep coming from Angel One either way, since exchange data is the same regardless of which broker executes the trade.
Connect your Zerodha account (API key/secret, then the Kite login) from the Broker onboarding page. Kite's login session expires daily, so you'll need to log in again there each trading day before live orders can go through.
Dhan connection
Your own Dhan client ID and access token — stored encrypted. Used to place real orders only once you turn Live trading on below. Live NIFTY/BANKNIFTY prices and the option chain keep coming from Angel One either way, since exchange data is the same regardless of which broker executes the trade.
Get your Client ID and generate an access token from web.dhan.co → My Profile → DhanHQ Trading APIs. The token needs to be regenerated periodically — reconnect here when live orders start failing with an auth error.
