Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ADHISHREE ALGO (“we”, “us”), operated by Gauri Pravin Gadekar, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use adhishreealgotrading.com and its apps. It is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• Account data: name, email address, mobile number, location and preferred broker given at sign-up.
• Broker connection data: API keys, client IDs, access tokens and TOTP secrets you enter to connect your broker. These are stored encrypted and used only to place and track orders you have configured.
• Trading data: strategies, orders, positions, P&L and logs generated by your use of the platform.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status, amount and reference ID — we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type and login timestamps for security and audit.

• To create and secure your account and send verification, login and service emails.
• To execute and track the orders your strategies generate in your broker account.
• To process subscription payments and activate plans.
• To provide reports, support, fraud prevention and to comply with law.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Your data is shared only as needed to run the service:

• Your broker (e.g. Angel One, Zerodha, Dhan, Delta Exchange) — to place orders you configured.
• Razorpay — to process payments.
• Cloud hosting and email providers (servers located in India, Mumbai region) — to run the platform and send emails.
• Government or regulatory authorities when required by law.

We use HTTPS encryption, encrypted storage of broker credentials, access controls and audit logs. No system is fully secure, so please keep your password private and revoke broker API keys you no longer use. We keep your data while your account is active and as long as required by law for payment and audit records; you may ask us to delete the rest.

We use browser storage only to keep you logged in and remember preferences (such as theme). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent, by emailing pravingadekar2023@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide the service.
