These Terms govern your use of adhishreealgotrading.com and the ADHISHREE ALGO platform, operated by Gauri Pravin Gadekar (proprietor), India. By creating an account or making a payment you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

• The platform is a technology tool for execution only: backtesting, paper trading and automated execution of trading rules that you choose and configure, in your own broker account.
• We do not provide investment advice, research, buy/sell recommendations, tips or portfolio management, and we are not registered with SEBI in any capacity.
• We do not accept, hold or manage your funds or securities. All money stays with your broker.
• Pre-built strategies and signals are generic software rules for information and education; enabling them is your own decision.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in India.
• You must give accurate details and keep your login credentials and broker API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must hold your own trading account with a supported broker and comply with its terms, including any algo-trading, static-IP or registration requirements applicable to you.

• Paid plans (Basic, Pro) are prepaid for 1, 3 or 12 months at the prices shown on the website at the time of purchase, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are made by UPI to our account, or online through our payment gateway where available. A UPI payment is activated once we have matched its UTR with our bank account; plans do not auto-renew.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• We may change prices or features for future purchases; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

You agree not to:

• use the platform for market manipulation, front-running, spoofing or any unlawful activity;
• share, resell or sub-license your account or give others access to it;
• offer “tips”, advisory or account-management services to others using the platform;
• attempt to hack, reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Backtest and paper results are hypothetical. Orders may fail, be delayed or fill at different prices due to broker, exchange, data or network issues. The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without any guarantee of profit, accuracy or uninterrupted service. You remain responsible for monitoring your positions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADHISHREE ALGO is not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, or indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fee you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

The software, design, logo and content of ADHISHREE ALGO belong to us. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform during your subscription.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, after first attempting resolution through our support team.
